When looking at the inventory, the layer that contains the Hero Information banner (with things such as gold, gems and seals), has a higher priority than the pop-up generated when mousing over an item.
This makes it difficult to look at the stats of an item sometimes.

I can't seem to get an item in a position where that hero information banner overlaps the item tooltip. Can you please take a screenshot of this happening, and let us know what resolution you are playing on? Thank you.
