Default Skin Cosmetics not allow you to switch (Windows)

When you select the default characters skin and try to change the accessories on him you cannot select between the multiple version ones.

In this screenshot https://gyazo.com/0dfb05719f0c8be1a9636d1804e00f9b you can see that I have 1 unlock for the Eternity Marking, however I don't have the very first one unlocked so I can't select the marking I have. If I close the store it does not put any type of marking on my head

How did you unlock the Eternity Marking upgrade that you do have? Did you open it in a lockbox, or buy it with gems?

This looks like the bug I was experiencing as well.  Here's a screenshot - notice that though it says I have 2/2 upgrades unlocked, there are no options displayed to switch between them.

Very sorry for extremely late reply, i forgot about this. I'm pretty sure I got it inside of a lockbox

I found a workaround until this bug is fixed.

  1. Click the costume option that has selectable upgrades.
  2. Hit TAB to open the console command line
  3. Click the costume option again - the upgrades will appear in the upper left
  4. Hit TAB again to close the command line so that you can interact with the game window
