Catacombs serious collision bug (Windows)

There is a bug that is preventing players from running into the underground area to click the swords through the small tunnel archways, running out however does not suffer the same bug.

The only way to get inside is by being on the Core level and jumping down into it.

This happens on PS4 too. If you jump, you can get into the tunnel. It's like having to jump over a threshold.

I can confirm that this is happening. Unless you jump, you cannot enter the lower level of the complex where the Cleansing Flames are by using the doors closest to the enemy spawn points.
