So, as in title, taking double (should it be possible to have same buff twice simultaneously?)  inferno potion on forest biome (that include trial, chaos 4 to be precise), allow you to effortlessly wipe out entire groups of mobs, just by standing/walking around them, for 1 second.

It's kind of gamebreaking, looking forward for a fix asap.
