When using a tome with storm damage rolled on Abyss Lord, the storm damage is not being applied. I tested this by using a tome with storm damage and the drenching strikes shard. Enemies hit were getting drench applied, and were shiny and dripping as they should be. However, no enemy was ever electrocuted.
