also i want to add for the c3 loot bug.  what i did is trial not maps, and i get normal c3 drops through out the defense , only the gold chest has a chance to drop tht monk weapon, so it is not because i have empty item slot.

Did you check the Scavenger for the shard you unequipped? Typically loot behavior functions like that with a full inventory.

also the c3 loot bug is not that only monk weapon. its the whole set of weapon called crystalline, for every hero. it has a great chance to drop in c3 gold chest. i think it is an ez fix. with this in the way i cant even progress

here is a screen shot for reference.i recently start to do c3. i got gold chest 5 or 6 time in total. and i got 3 of these. so the bug rate is about 50=6o%

i mean literally. finally i have a gold chest but it is a lv 46 weapon. like every time. i cant even play c3 anymore. 

this time is not a crystalline weapon. it is just a lv 46 weapon. idk if it is your drop table problem or gear drop calculation problem. but it is a big problem. the loot bug is only in c3 gold chest, not other chest, not other chaos lv.

The Space Weapons dropping from Throne room is a recently known issue.

When you unequip shards with a full inventory they are sent to the scavenger. Those shards have a 30min timer on them so if you don't check the scavenger fairly quickly they will expire before you check. There is also another report for that.

This has happened to me but a different weapon.. (monk still tho)

i found a shiney new C7 weapon so i equipped it from the field.. checked my bags so i could swap over my shards but both the old weapon and shards where missing altogether.. i have 9 bags and i generally keep a few emptys so there is no chance of loot going to scavenger..

i checked the Scav but my weapon and shard were not there either...
