this shard seems to be BADLY broken. im able to do 21 mill per tick if it crits.  this is done in a ability power/ hero crit dmg build. easy to replicate and its WAY overpowered. the important thing is that you need as little hero dammage as posible. i had to unequip my sword to see the full effect.
