Server load "Attention" takes controller focus on main menu. (Windows)
The server load warning in the bottom right of the main menu currently obtains controller input focus when the game is launched. I can close it by hitting B on my controller, which returns focus to the main menu, but it quickly reopens the server load notification and regains focus. This made getting into the game very difficult. I had to spam B and A on my controller in hopes that I would connect to a campaign server.
Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:

In fullscreen, go into options and enable gamepad. Then accept settings and restart the game. If upon restarting the game you get a server load "ATTENTION" notification in bottom right, it gains focus instead of main UI.

This had a 100% repro rate on my PC though I have not tested it on others.

Obviously this bug should not be common, as these global notifications are most likely not common.

Expected Results: I expect the "ATTENTION" server load to not gain focus at all and should serve as a purely passive and hit-test-invisible notification.
