The character, and only the character, lags almost like she is teleporting bit by bit. It only occurs when there are enemies nearby and have the ability Vroom Broom active. Repro Chance: 100% Steps for Bug Repro:
Have the Gunwitch
Pick any map
Have enemies nearby you
Activate the ability Vroom Broomand fly around nearby enemies
Only the character lags while everything is fine.
Expected Results: I expect to not have any issues with the vroom broom
