Normally enemies that are drenched gets electrocuted when damaged by Storm Damage. The "Drenching Broomnado" shard for the Gunwitch drenches enemies, but aren't electrocuted by storm damage. Other sources of drenching like Geyser Traps and Water elemental shard can still causes enemies to be electrocuted meaning electrocution still works, just not for the Drenching Broomnado shard.

Steps for Bug Repro:
1. Equip the Gunwitch with Drenching Broomnado shard
2. Use Broomnado on enemies and wait for them to be drenched (While they're not already drenched by other sources)
3. Damage the drenched enemies with storm elemental
4. Enemies aren't electrocuted like they should be
Expected Results: Enemies drenched by the broomnado with the shard are supposed to get electrocuted by storm damage.
