EV2 buff beam not buffing Fissure of Embermount (Windows)

Place buff beam on top of a Fissure of Embermount(upgraded), or the other way around.

Watch how it does not buff the damage of Fissure of Embermount.

If I am not mistaken this effect is intended on the fissure. Will research more into it.
