Orbs still drop (Windows)

Despite last update's (1.2) change log indicating Orbs were removed from drops, Orbs do still drop in the game.
Repro Chance: 70%
Steps for Bug Repro:

Repro steps depends.

1. In general, win a map and see if orb drops

In my case, I played Nimbus Reach, Campaign, Hard twice in a row. I got 2 legendary victory chests, and both of them spawned a legendary Orb.

Expected Results: If Orbs were intended to have been removed from loot drops, there are still some drops that give Orbs.

Thank you for your bug submission. We have reviewed and tested this bug and have been able to successfully reproduce it on our end. We have submitted this bug into our database and there should be a fix within the next couple of updates.
