Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:

Boost aura and Buff beam upgrades dont increas the buff to defences. The upgraded beam and buff aura have increased boosted stats but this does not increase  the stats of the defence so there is no point to upgrade them at all.

Expected Results: when you upgrade the buff beam or boost aura it should be reflected by and increase of stats on the defence being buffed

Upgrading them actually works.

The buffs are simply very small and barely noticeable on some most all defences.
Upgrades for Booster Aura and Buff Beam are a huge waste of mana.

well if they are there and so small as to see no increase then they sre still bugged/broken. these defences need either fixing or reworking

It really depends on the Relic, the Shards and the buffed defences.

They are not bugged or broken, simply not effective enough and very good a subject of balance talks.
