A few days ago I bought Frostlord pack, everything okay except for the 'hero title'. I have waited some days hoping for the bug to solve itself when the game load my characters, but still missing that reward.
In-game I only have two titles without descriptions of 'how to unlock': The Royal (I do not know how I got it) and Frozen Commander (I also bought that pack).

Alright we have this fixed for anyone that buys that pack in the future and I have added the title to your account, you will be able to claim it from the mailbox.
