You just need to have it, then try to set the title.. And it won't change at all. Also have tried to equip it under halloween - Still the same problem.
Repro Chance: 100%
Steps for Bug Repro:

I literally can't set the title, -"The Gracious" - Halloween title.

And yes, i have tried equipping it under halloween. Still didn't work.

Expected Results: Button does click animation and everything, but title doesn't change.

Yup noticed that too. Was able to wear it until I recently checked my titles again for the first time in years.
