Hi, is this something that happens very frequently or only every once in a while? Does it happen only to gear equipped o your hero all to all the gear you have (equipped or not)? Finally, do the stats ever come back on their own??

I'm looking into this atm so any extra info would be nice.

Also, i can't find your account info with the PS4 id you provided. Is the one you provided still correct?

The bug happens pretty frequently. And it's not just the gear that is equipped, also the Stuff in your bags goes to zero. However, the gear that drops, will have stats and can be equipped. 

Sometimes the stats come back on their own, but i've only experienced this a few times.

For example, i would let the mobs run to the crystal, quick loss and then continue. The odds, of the stats returning,  are low when doing it like this.

Or

 if i am playing with mates, and we happen to win the map. 

The second option is the best. Because it works 3 out of 5 times. Ish

This is also happening to my and my buddy on PC :(

I just got the bug where all your items fall to 0 gear score for the first time. Normally, if we lose and do Y, the items become normal again (I didn't test, just heard about it). I still played the map with the bug, and I noticed that bosses didn't drop items. So if you want to do like me, don't do it ^^
I didn't even get a safe or mdr shards, and the floor is not validated.

This has happened to to me and two other party members. After a chaos 2 game we come back to check our gear and everything is rated 1 and all stats are rated 0 apart from mods, which seem to keep there stats. all three of us are on PC.

Any Idea when this would be resolved.  Every day there is one instance where all stats reset to 0.  When you loose, cause you will, it is back to normal again.  Everything on all heroes are 1.

This happens after completing a map. And when we go to the next map all the stats on gear and defenses turns to 0.

And the win steak breaks and goes back to 1.

This is so annoying when farming for shards.

I had this issue many times yesterday, and also today.

So please look into this ASAP.

I'm on PC and I'm getting the same thing. about to restart the game. Just seemed weird that all states are at 0.

I'm on PC and this also occurred . Me and a friend were playing expeditions and continued to next round on chaos 2 . When we first entered the map I wanted to sort out my loot and found all loot had 0 def power and health . this showed on my defensive structures and my HP . My power was also shown to be 1 . For me it was on a small map with main objective in middle of a pyramid shaped staircase surrounded by lava . I hope this information was of great value .

This has happened to me as well over the last 4 hours it has happened about 3 times, it isn't just a bug in the inventory showing wrong numbers, but is actually changing the stats to 0 until you relaunch.

Had something similar on PC - Gear score 1 straight after login, all equipment had zero stats. Starting missions, visiting town or tavern or restarting DD2 did not help. Restarting steam fixed this for whatever reason.

This also occurred to me on PC, the same thing as before in 3 matches. Returning to the tavern does not fix the issue, but restarting the game does.

This is what is happening to me right now, and after every game I have to go into a random adventure map and fail it THEN press Y to restart the wave to get my stats back to then leave and go back to my farming... Really tedious and annoying.

Hello I am experiencing same problem as written. I tried to quit and restart the game and the first couple of times it worked, but now the stats are 0 on all of my heores except my main, she is on 1 even if I restart the game. Please try and fix this bug quickly :)

This keeps happening to me on PC as well, it's intermittent and sometimes it happens when loading into the tavern, or into a new match. I have to enter a match and check to see if the stats have gone back to normal, if not then I exit and re-try; sometimes it's back to normal straight away, sometimes it takes a few resets. I took a screenshot of this happening just 10-15 mins ago - I won a Chaos 1 defence in a private match and came back to the tavern with everything set to 0: imgur.com/a/wTU1EM2

On steam and this just happened. Been playing in the morning and came back in the afternoon found out all the gear I had was back to 1/0. Cant seem to find a way to fix it either.

A similar issue is happening to me on PC. The gear score of every item - equipped or in inventory - is set to 1 somtimes. This appears to happen randomly, both in maps, but also in the tavern. Since this affects stats, it's quite unfortunate when this happens during a game.

Also getting this issue on PC in EU region. Only affects gear and relics, all stats and gearscore are set to zero. Ascension, ancient power, pets, shards and MODS load in fine. To be clear, the actual values intrinsic to your gear load in fine (rarity, chaos level, upgrade level and those float values you can re-roll using talismans) but the stat ranges for whatever chaos/upgrade level that piece of gear is at are all set to zero. You can even craft with and upgrade your gear when it's in this state just like normal, though it doesn't fix anything and the stats are still zero. This happens in about 5% of games, seemingly at random. I sat for a while and tried to trigger the bug by failing chaos 1 expeditions over and over again and picking a random map each time. I had it happen within five attempts so it's somewhat reproducible by just session hopping or playing normally for extended periods, you just have to get lucky (or unlucky). As mentioned by others in the thread, the bug does persist for a couple of sessions once it occurs but I found it can go back to normal by just session hopping some more, though I suspect this is also random. I find returning to an in-progress town session (or just restarting the game) can fix it reliably. I'd really like to see this addressed. The bug's been present for a while and it's very annoying to have this happen, lose a map through no fault of your own and lose your consecutive win bonus along with it.

I have the same bug here, on PC January 03, 2024. After a match, all my items have 0 power. I go back to town, my items back to normal, but they became 0 again when I play next map.
