Zapper no longer showing up in CT7

Windowed mode
When switching from full screen to windowed mode, it doesn't actually let you go into windowed mode. You can only switch to Full Screen Windowed or Full Screen, hitting windowed and then apply does nothing.

Vanguards in chaos 2
There seems to be vanguard enemies spawning in chaos 2, which as far as I am aware is not supposed to be the case. This causes ALL defenses to be far less effective than they are meant to be given that the Cyborks also spawn.

Typo in the volcano description for the Lavamancer.
The descrition of the volcano tower for the lavamancer has a typo. "The lavamacer summons a volcano that rains meteors down on enemies. During Eruption, the volcano spews out meteors at an accelerated." The last sentence should have rate at the end.

Switching heros during Victory leads to death
